BBX Corporation created a product and service that will enhance communication. We have come up with the BBX Cell and Service. It consists of a cell phone and home phone that uses our service over the internet. It is combining the use of Instant Messenger with the household telephone. There is going to be a program that consumers will download off the internet for free (similar to Instant Messenger). Separately, the consumers will purchase any phone with the BBX Cell technology. With the use of our new product and service, people will no longer be charged billing for cellular phone networking and operating. With the use of a web cam, people using our new product will be able to see the other person while engaging in their conversation. Our product and service will link the internet with everyday telecommunications.

This is a product and service that would be used by a large variety of people. Everyone that communicates using a telephone or Instant Messenger will appreciate this new product and service. However, if we were to target a specific market, it would be teenagers and young adults. With the considerable amount of these people using cellular phones and Instant Messenger, these individuals would consist of our target market.

There are other important aspects that needs to be considered when producing a new product or service; some of these are the price and the distribution. We carefully considered the price of our new product. We came up with the cost of the cellular phone being only $24.99. The internet service that we will also provide is going to be $45.95. The distribution of our product and service will be simple. Our service program will be downloaded off the internet from our website and the product will be sold in stores worldwide. Our product combines both Instant Messenger and Telecommunications. This would be a hit worldwide.
