Andrew has a background in Engineering, Quality Management and Business Performance Excellence. He presently works full-time for Target Corp. as a Senior Manager in Product Safety & Quality for global manufacturing of Target's private label products. Andrew spent 16 years in aviation, holding positions in aircraft structural engineering and operations management at Northwest Airlines. He spent 11 years in healthcare quality at Optum, and has been in retail since 2019. Target. He has served on several Boards of Directors. Besides teaching at Bethel, he is an adjunct faculty member at the School of Engineering, University of St. Thomas. He earned his Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering with a concentration in Vehicle Design at the University of Minnesota. He earned a Master's in Business focused on Market Research from the University of St. Thomas. He is married and has 4 children and is a native Minnesotan.
