Biography

Dr. Rowe is a Marriage and Family Therapist in San Diego, CA.  He practiced 34 years, and retired in 2014, when he started teaching at Bethel Seminary.  For the past ten years his has been active church planting and leadership training in Ecuador, Taiwan, and the Philippines.  He and his wife, Frances have one daughter, and on grandson.
