waves of death
swirled about me;

nation as we mourn the losses of September 11, 2001. Let us praise
God that all students, faculty, and staff members of Bethel’s
teaching centers in New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, and Baltimore
are reported safe. And let us draw strength and encouragement from
