Bethel Day at the Guthrie Theater

Laura Ingalls Wilder's Little House on the Prairie series is a Minnesota literary tradition. Experience one of your favorite childhood books in an exciting new way through the Guthrie's world-premiere musical this summer!

Backstage tours are available at 9:30 a.m. Grab lunch on your own and then join us for a lecture by Dr. Thomas Becknell, professor of English on the literary and historical background of the series. At 1:00 p.m. we'll enjoy a matinee performance of the production in the amazing new Guthrie Theater, situated along the Mississippi River in downtown Minneapolis.

Tickets for the backstage tour are $5 and tickets for the matinee performance range from $35 for students, $40 for seniors age 62 and better, and $45 for adults. Seats are limited and no refunds are available. Click here for more information.
