Reunion Wrap-up Letter
Dear Class of 1976:
It was good to see everyone at the Bethel reunion this year. Many were able to take advantage of the variety of activities that weekend, enjoy the beautiful weather, watch the football team win, and visit with classmates.
The evening festivities started with a punch reception, but we seemed to talk a lot and drink very little punch. Dinner was held in the Robertson Center Gym with Alumnus of the Year Dan Dye as the featured guest.
We returned to the Eastlund Room for a short program. Tim Leafblad emceed, recognized some fellow classmates with gifts, and shared a short devotional, encouraging us to be people of joy and forgiveness, and to remember who we are. Keith and Judy Tekautz were honored and presented with gifts from our class.
It was a great evening to catch up with friends and to see how God has led each of us in very different ways. As we reflected on where the years have taken us, we realized how much we missed so many of you. There are many more journeys we have yet to learn from—we would love to have you join us next time. Continue to hold Bethel and its ministry in your prayers. We look forward to seeing you at our next reunion!
