The Scandinavian Bakery at Bethel University

Holiday Hours:
The Scandinavian Bakery will be closed for Thanksgiving Break (November23-27, 2011) and Christmas Break (December 16, 2011 - January 3, 2012).
Be sure to call ahead with your orders so we can be sure to have them done for your special event. All product is made from scratch so we do not carry a large stock of ready made product, instead our bakers bake product to meet the daily orders.
Bethel University is now the place to get delicious, fresh-baked Scandinavian treats. With our strong Scandinavian heritage, we have experience when it comes to Jubilees, Rosettes, Kringlers, and all the rest of your favorite indulgences.
In addition, our own Scandinavian baker Gary Arvidson (formerly of the Scandia Bake Shop) brings years of experience handcrafting everything from the popular Cardamom Butter Braid to Swedish Tea Rings during the holiday season.
