Continuing our celebration of the 200th anniversary of Schumann’s birth, this program features two of the composer’s orchestral works. SPCO violinist Dale Barltrop will be featured as soloist on Schumann’s rarely performed Violin Concerto, followed by Schumann’s 4th Symphony, conducted by Roberto Abbado.
