Tickets Orders

In addition to online sales, there are two other convenient ways to order tickets!

1. Charge by phone. Call 651.638.6333 or 866.424.4849 (4BGHTIX).

2. Order tickets in person at the Benson Great Hall Ticket Office.

VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.

Ticket prices include handling and facility fees. Dates and talent are subject to change. No exchanges or refunds will be provided.

Seating
Seating generally begins 45-60 minutes prior to concert time. As a courtesy to the audience and performers, latecomers will be seated during appropriate breaks in the performance.

Reserved Seating
Reserved seating is provided for all Benson Great Hall events unless otherwise noted.

Electronics
Out of respect to the performer(s) and fellow audience members, cellular phones and pagers should be turned off. The use of cameras and recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

Wheelchair Accessibility
Benson Great Hall is wheelchair accessible. Please advise a ticket representative of wheelchair seating needs when ordering tickets.

Hearing Assistance
ADA-approved hearing assistance units are available free of charge at the ticket office window in the lobby.

Charitable Events
On occasion, Benson Great Hall events may be promoted as fundraisers, with a portion of the ticket price designated as a charitable donation. All such designations and related documentation are the sole responsibility of the event sponsor, and not the Ticket Office.

Note: Most events in Benson Great Hall are not suitable for babies and small children. We require a ticket to be purchased for each individual attending an event, regardless of age.
