Earn Your Degree in FSU—Bethel Makes it Easier

Publication date: 11/4/07 9:45 PM

Do you live in St. Paul’s Frogtown/Summit-University (FSU) neighborhoods and want to go back to school? Bethel’s College of Adult & Professional Studies makes it easier by offering classes near you at the ModelCities Brownstone Building, 849 University Avenue West, St. Paul, MN 55104. Our General Studies program is designed for adults like you who want to continue an education while balancing family and work.

  • Take one course at a time
  • Meet with your class once a week
  • Earn an associate of arts degree or fulfill requirements toward a bachelor's degree

Haven’t taken a test in years? No worries. Coursework is designed specifically for adults, with grading based primarily on papers, projects, and presentations, rather than quizzes or tests.

Financial Assistance Program Available

Bethel University is offering grants to help with tuition costs over and above federal aid you might qualify for. That's free money to help you reach your educational goals. Learners need to live in FSU and demonstrate financial need as determined by a federal financial aid form.

“The General Studies program is the foundation that I used to begin my education,” says Shalette Cauley-Wandrick. “When I attended these classes, the knowledge I gained allowed me to achieve academic excellence.”

Join your neighbors in a supportive, encouraging, educational environment.
