Organizational Leadership Degree Helps You Lead the Way

All organizations need good leadership: people who communicate the mission and motivate followers to do their best work. Are you currently leading an organization or aspire to? Do you want to gain helpful tools to bring your inner leader to the surface? The Organizational Leadership degree program takes a multidisciplinary approach to leadership in any nonprofit, for profit, or ministry organization.

Program Features:

  • 40 semester credits
  • Take one course at a time
  • Be part of a cohort--a supportive group of adults who progress through the entire program together.
  • Register once for the entire major.

Offered in two formats:

  • Classroom model: Meet once a week in the evenings for approximately 18-19 months. OR
  • Hybrid model: Attend the first and last sessions of each course and complete the remainder of the work online.

St. Cloud:

Meeting at Anderson Entrepreneurial Center, 616 Roosevelt Road, Suite 100, St. Cloud, MN 56301.  Click here for map and directions.

  • Hybrid model.
  • Cohorts begin in spring 2009.
  • Attend class on Saturdays.
  • Attend the first and last sessions of each course. Complete the remainder of the course online.

Twin Cities Metropolitan Area:
  • Both classroom model and hybrid model available.
  • Pick a convenient date—starts are scheduled throughout the year.
  • Be evaluated primarily on written assignments, class discussions, projects, and small group participation.
  • Meet on Bethel's campus near the intersection of 35W and 694 or at convenient Metro locations.
  • Free parking.
