Retiring Bethel University President George K. Brushaber and his wife Darleen were honored for their service to Bethel during and after Classics in the Great Hall on Friday, May 9. The Festival Choir and Orchestra, along with baritone soloist Gerard Sundberg, performed "Let This Mind Be in You" composed for Brushaber by Department Chair and Associate Professor of Music Jon Veenker. A plaque engraved with a portion of the score was presented to President Brushaber. Classics in the Great Hall was followed by a dessert reception in tents on the South Lawn.
