B.A. in Human Resources

Publication date: Sep 18, 2009 1:08 p.m.

The field of human resources is expected to grow faster than average until 2016.* Become part of this in-demand career that combines technology with a personal touch. Bethel University’s B.A. in Human Resource Management program breaks down the complexities of human resources issues to provide competency in management and planning, compensation, benefits, and other areas. Students gain assurance that they are making the best decisions on behalf of their organization’s workers and giving them the attention they need.

The program provides ideas and resources that immediately relate to those already working in the field and those looking at HR as a possible career. “Much of what I learn can be directly applied to my work as a [Human Resources] Generalist,” explains Sandy Saumweber, a human resources student. “I have developed more confidence in my professional abilities.”

To learn more, come to an information session on Thursday, September 24, 5:30 p.m. at the Bethel Office Center, 1306 West County Road F, Arden Hills, MN 55112. Reserve your spot online or call 651.635.8000, or 800.255.8706, ext. 8000.
