Banking Office Services

The banking office is located at the main campus on the second floor of the Clauson Center, Room (CC208). A Bethel ID card must be presented to conduct business with the banking office.

Banking services for students:

• Make payments on student accounts.
• Questions answered on student account activity
• Cash withdrawal on student accounts with a credit balance. The daily cash withdrawal limit is $100.
• Request a check for the credit balance on a student account
• Check cashing, with a daily limit of $100. A Bethel ID is required.

Banking services for employees:

• Check cashing, with a daily limit of $100. A Bethel ID is required.
• Requests for payment
• Departmental deposits
• Payment on accounts

Credit Cards are accepted online only.

For after hour payments, a drop box is located in the hallway near the Business Office door, Room CC208. Please include the Bethel ID number with your payment.

Your Bethel ID card can be used as a PIN-debit card if you are a US Bank account holder. An ATM machine is located near the entrance of the campus store.
