Dave Broza, Director of Career Development and Calling

Dave Broza has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and specific expertise in corporate recruiting and interviewing. He works with area employers to coordinate college recruiting and internship activities. In addition, he assists undergraduate and graduate students with job and internship strategies, career and life direction, resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation. Dave has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Communications from Bethel University. His previous experience in human resources included various generalist and specialist roles for Deluxe Corporation, Northwestern College, and Bethel University.

Will O'Brien, Associate Director of Career Development and Calling

Prior to Bethel, Will O'Brien led Career Services at North Central University. He has also worked in a wide variety of industries, from digital signage to nonprofit operations. At Bethel he works with employers to facilitate connections with students and alumni. He also assists students with career counseling. Will has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Minnesota.

Tali Sanderson, Career Specialist

Tali works with undergraduate, graduate, and non-traditional students in areas of career counseling such as choosing a major, job search tips, career assessments, resume and cover letter reviews, interview preparation, and graduate school issues.  Tali has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Denver Seminary, and a MBA from Bethel University.  Tali is also a National Certified Counselor and a Minnesota Licensed Professional Counselor.

Nicole Centanni
, Career Specialist

Nicole works with undergraduate, graduate, and alumni students in the areas of career counseling, interviewing, choosing a major, resume and cover letter writing, graduate school search, Strengths coaching, and test interpretation. Nicole enjoys helping students with self-discovery and career planning. Nicole has a BA in Education and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University.

Miranda Powers, Career Specialist

Miranda works with undergraduate, graduate, and alumni students in the areas of career counseling, interviewing, choosing a major, resume and cover letter writing, graduate school search, and test interpretation. Miranda is passionate about the college years and she loves seeing students understand more fully who God created them to be. For the past several years, Miranda has worked with students at Bethel in other roles both in Residence Life and in the Office of Admissions. She has an undergraduate degree in Human Development from Seattle Pacific University and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University.

Pam Roach, Career Development Specialist

Pam manages the front office, supervising and training our student workers, managing the recruiting table for visiting companies and organizations, overseeing the job posting procedure, and general administration in working with events, and fairs for students.

Carolyn

Carolyn Knieff, Career Information Specialist

Carolyn works on special projects related to our website and employer contacts. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University. Prior to coming to Bethel, she worked for 18 years at Deluxe Corporation as a research specialist in competitive intelligence.
