The Office of
Career Development and Calling provides assistance to students in establishing career
objectives and implementing appropriate strategies to reach their
career goals.
Career planning is a dynamic
process occurring over the lifetime of an individual. It is ongoing,
evolving from self-assessment, career exploration, and job search
activities. By establishing a framework early--even the first year on
campus--within which to organize experiences and interests, students
can maximize the support provided by the resources that are available.
