Recruiting Tables

Employers with openings in full-time, part-time, internship or summer positions are invited to set up a display at a table near a high-traffic student area to advertise positions and answer student questions. This is a great opportunity for students to gain information about your organization and for you to meet students face-to-face. To arrange a "Recruiting Table," contact Pam at 651.638.6460.

Employer Information Sessions

Employer information sessions accommodate the employer as well as students' busy schedules. These sessions have been very popular with our students as soon-to-be graduates explore career options and research organizations.  Contact Dave at 651.638.6460, for more information.

Interview Scheduling

Our office is available to schedule on-campus interviews. For information regarding on-campus interviewing call  651.638.6460 or send an email to career-services@bethel.edu.

Customized Recruiting

Due to the rapidly changing workplace and increased popularity of "just-in-time" hiring, the Office of Career Services has devoted a full-time employer relations professional to work with you in evaluating and establishing recruiting services that will meet your organization's needs. The Employer Relations Specialist can assist you or your human resources staff with determining the best methods for advertising available positions, publicizing your organization's campus activities, reaching specific majors, and scheduling on- or off-campus interviews.

Bethel University graduates have been encouraged to see the complexities of the world and analytically approach tasks, issues, and dilemmas with breadth of knowledge, open hearts, and above all, depth of integrity.

Off-Campus Recruiting Opportunities

Job & Internship Fairs

In addition to our on-campus recruiting program, we participate in the annual Minnesota Private College Job/Internship Fair in February at the Minneapolis Convention Center. This Job Fair provides the opportunity for employers to meet with graduating seniors from private colleges around the state.

You will find soon-to-be Bethel grads and alumni at the Minneapolis Convention Center again in April, attending the Minnesota Education Job Fair. School districts from across the country and internationally, recruit educators for openings within their districts for the coming school year. To register, call Career Services at 651.638.6460.
