Sales Account Associate, API Outsourcing, Eagan, MN Job Description:
- Develop major account relationships by cold calling, working with warm/hot leads not currently worked
- Promote & sell services of API working to achieve corporate goals and objectives
- Foster Teamwork and communication among all departments to achieve customer satisfaction & full utilization of API services
- Responsible for following API's "Strategic Sales Plan"
- Effectively communicate both internally and externally, the customer focused strategic sales plans
- Understand the capabilities and functions of the business solutions: Document Management, Automated Payables, Automated Billing
- Participate in the creation of company documents: R&D, sales proposals, SOW etc.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable performing service demonstrations
- Outgoing, driven and motivated personality
- Ability to quickly learn
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Self starter
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Technical experience a plus
- Must demonstrate a capability to listen to a potential clients needs, outline and discuss the problem, i.e., "this is what I think I heard you say and this is how API might solve your problem"
