Role: Director of Bethel University King Family Foundation Child Development Center
Education: I earned my B.A. degree in Human Services from Metropolitan State University and my M.A. in Educational Leadership from Luther Seminary in St. Paul. I am currently a student at Bethel Seminary working on my D.Min. in Servant Leadership for Team and Organizational Effectiveness.
Experience: Serving and caring for children has always been an integral part of my life, as a child my grandmother provided in-home child care for children in our community, her servant leadership inspired me to use my life to empower and serve others. I have worked with children and families since 1994 in non-profit faith based settings in several capacities including school age teacher, Sunday school teacher, Sunday school superintendent and program administrator.
For Fun: I enjoy reading, hair braiding, walking, spending time with girlfriends and my family and doing church/youth ministry with my family.
