Al and Carol Windham
Al
C’53, S’55 and Carol (Bessey) ’53 Windham have
served in Baptist General Conference churches in Gardner, Mass.; Chicago,
Ill.; and Roseville, Minn. Al also did pastoral hospital care. Carol
worked as a director of medical library services and as a minister
of Christian education at Woodbury Baptist Church.

The Windhams value the quality education and spiritual nurture received during their student years. “When Al was in seminary, conference students paid no tuition, which was a wonderful gift. Now we would like to return that gift in the form of a scholarship, as an encouragement to worthy seminary students.”
