Bethel’s history is an exhilarating tale of God's faithfulness. And now we have added a new chapter through the astonishing success of our recent campaign. Thank you for your prayers and generosity.
I believe we have assured that this Great Christ-centered institution will carry on its mission into the decades ahead. What is that mission?
Men and women come to Bethel to grow in “wisdom, knowledge, and in favor with God and man.” They leave this place to make a mark in business, medicine, vocational ministry, teaching, and hundreds of other places according to their calling. But more important, they are living letters written to a world in need of hope.
I know firsthand. All five of my own children were richly blessed as students at Bethel.
To prepare each new generation of world-changers, Bethel has had a succession of leaders who understood the importance of a situation, earnestly praying, planning carefully, taking the next step, and trusting God. You have partnered with an extraordinary leader, outgoing President Brushaber, in this monumental leap forward.
Being mindful of Galatians 5:25, we have successfully transformed the culture of stewardship at Bethel. This is not possible without the Holy Spirit and your unbelievable generosity. Once again, a sincere thank you!
