The Bethel Foundation

Managing Today's Resources to Meet Tomorrow's Challenges

The Bethel Foundation was established in 1971 to serve the needs of two distinct yet intertwined groups: Christians who seek sound stewardship and financial planning advice and opportunity; and Christians who seek an excellent yet affordable private undergraduate, graduate, or seminary education.

The foundation serves both groups, helping individuals define and meet their charitable and financial planning objectives while serving Bethel’s excellent educational programs by seeking to maintain a competitive and affordable cost.

In the past 35 years, hundreds of individuals and families have entrusted the Bethel Foundation with all or portions of their assets to be invested and managed for them. The foundation gives individuals the opportunity to plan ultimate distribution of these assets to other individuals and to Bethel, their church, or other organizations. The Bethel Foundation seeks to maintain the flexibility that individuals need to meet a diversity of circumstances and needs.

Purposes

  • To serve friends of Bethel through effective and prudent asset management
  • To assist friends of Bethel in planning charitable gifts
  • To increase the financial strength of Bethel University
