Additional events planned for Minnesota, California, and Florida this spring
Everyone is talking about William Young’s inspiring and provocative
best-selling novel, which portrays God and our relationship to Him in some
interesting, but unconventional ways. We’ve decided to bring together a theologian and a Christian
psychologist to explore issues raised by The Shack. Shack Chats will be happening in Minnesota, California, and Florida in February and March.
February 26-28 and March 4-7, 7:30 p.m.
March 1, 2:30 p.m.
Bethel Theatre
It’s raining, it’s pouring, it’s… London following World War I - and for two British housewives, the disenchantment of life is a bit too much! After providence leads them to an advertisement, they rent a villa in Italy for a month-long holiday away from it all. Joining them are two very different English women to share the cost and the experience. When husbands, servants, and the villa’s owner join in, it makes for a lively and laugh-filed adventure. There on the Mediterranean, their spirits blossom with the wisteria as they rediscover life and living in this Enchanted April.

March 7, Habitat's ReStore
Join fellow alumni in a time-honored Bethel tradition: serving with
Habitat for Humanity! This year, we'll serve together at the Habitat's ReStore,
an outlet where used and surplus building materials are sold at a fraction of
normal prices. Proceeds from ReStores help local affiliates fund the
construction of Habitat houses within the community. Email alumni@bethel.edu to reserve your spot
now!

March 14-22, Florida
Bethel's baseball, softball, and tennis teams will be in Florida over
spring break -- catch the baseball team playing the Minnesota Twins
rookie team or watch a
softball doubleheader against Messiah College in Clermont. If tennis is
more your thing, watch the team practice in Kissimmee.

Running through March 15, Olson Gallery, Bethel University Campus

September 25-27, Bethel University Campus
All roads lead home this year, and we hope you'll make a road trip back to campus this fall for Homecoming 2009. Register now.
