Event Description
Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations chronicles the life and times of a bright young man named Pip. We journey with Pip from childhood to young adulthood. Along the way we meet some of the memorable characters for which Dickens is so well known: Joe Gargery, blacksmith and brother-in-law; Miss Havisham, wealthy eccentric; Estella, her haughty adopted daughter, whom Pip loves; and Herbert Pocket, friend and confidante.
This original adaptation brings the heart-warming story to life on stage using a choral ensemble of actors – each playing multiple roles. Please join us for the world premiere of the Charles Dickens’ classic, Great Expectations, as adapted and directed by Brent Adams.
