Wellness Center

Fitness Center

Bethel strives to develop whole and holy persons—not just mentally, socially, and spiritually—but also physically. The proposed state-of-the-art Wellness Center will help the our community do just that—giving students the space to exercise regularly and our growing exercise science program the tools they need to develop skilled professionals for careers in health and wellness.

Additionally, the Wellness Center will allow Bethel to better compete with similar universities, providing a key recruitment tool for undergraduate students.

The Need

Due to space constraints, primarily sports teams use our limited fitness facilities. Students are encouraged to use off-campus fitness centers at their own expense, which lessens their community experience.

The Wellness Center plan calls for an addition onto existing buildings that will boost the availability of workout space for Bethel students and provide much needed classrooms and additional space for multiple needs.
