Recommendations for successfully completing a test or quiz in Blackboard

If possible use a computer on the Bethel Campus network.
Avoid wireless if you often experience wireless connection issues on your computer.
Use Mozilla Firefox (windows) or Safari/Firefox (mac)
Do NOT using internet explorer 8 as it is incompatible and we do not recommend the use of Internet Explorer at all for the test function.
Do NOT click the "save" button after each question. If concerned, click the save button at the bottom of the test several times through a longer test.
Do NOT surf the web, click any other hyperlink outside of the test, or multitask while taking a quiz or test.
DO remember to SUBMIT your test at the end. You can also prior to clicking Submit, click the SAVE button, but you must SUBMIT to complete your testing session.
