CARS Training Philosophy
CARS Training Courses provide "know-how" for employees who use the CARS database in their work. Any Bethel employee is welcome to attend a course if space is available.
Purpose
- To provide results-oriented training for employees of Bethel College and Seminary in order to maximize utilization of the CARS database and personal computer resources.
- To improve productivity and job satisfaction.
- To provide better service to our students, employees and the broader Bethel community.
- To work toward timely availability of how-to information.
Goals

To offer results-oriented training for Bethel employees in the use of database software for both PC-based and central CARS systems.

To teach a basic course in data processing for all employees using the CARS system.
