[its-outages] bsp-nas and Exchange maintenance this Friday

This Friday, February 12, we will be taking down bsp-nas and all
Exchange (email) services during our normal maintenance window starting
at 10pm CST. Services should be restored by the end of the maintenance
window at 6am CST Saturday.

What: Brief DNS Outage
When: Friday 01/19 from ~1:00pm - 3:00pm
Affects/Affected: Network users in the Seminary and North Village Buildings
Details:
A configuration change interrupted DNS usage for users in the above
locations, causing perceived loss of network connectivity. The configuration
change has been reverted and reports indicate the issue has been resolved.

When: Friday, 01/29, 11:00am-5:00pm
Affects/Affected: AVE network users.
Details:
Just a heads-up, the wired network in AVE will be affected by brief
building-wide outages as Network Services prepares for the deployment of the
wireless in those buildings.

[its-outages] BLink restart at noon today

Web Services has received reports that the the Banner channels in BLink are
unavailable. The message some users are seeing in the channels is: General
channel rendering failure.
At noon today BLink will be restarted, which should clear up these errors.
