My course says it is "unavailable" and students can not access my course even thought I can see the course. How do I make the course available?

When you as the instructor have your Blackboard course ready for viewing by students, you, the instructor must make the course available.
Go to the Control Panel,
Select Settings
Select Course Availability and make the course available.
