Only Bethel Employees can reserve Connect online collaboration sessions at the current time.
To schedule an INSTRUCTOR HOSTED online event using Adobe Connect online classroom please complete this form. A minimum of 48 hours prior to the event is very very strongly recommended. Use is on a first-come-first-served basis, but with 5 rooms, you should not have any problem getting a reservation at least 48 hours in advance.
If you wish us to set up the concurrent Collaboration Common Room, check that selection on the "Type of Room Requested" and we will set this up for general access for learners in your course, but we cannot make specific time reservations for this general use shared meeting room.
