Flashlight Online is a  collaborative Web-based service for creating, administering, and analyzing surveys, rubrics, and forms of all types: users can work alone or in teams, within an institution or across institutions, starting from a 'blank page' or taking advantage of validated item banks or peer-reviewed model surveys. For example, Flashlight Online lets you search the Flashlight Current Student Inventory item bank of almost 500 validated survey questions.
