Evening Classes Canceled for Feb. 20; Staff Released Early

Due to the winter weather in St. Paul, evening classes beginning after 3:30 p.m. at Bethel University, including off-campus locations, are cancelled. This includes classes for the College of Arts & Sciences, Bethel Seminary St. Paul, the Graduate School, and the College of Adult & Professional Studies. All non-essential services on the St. Paul campus will also close at 3:30 p.m. The Monson Dining Center will remain open.

  • The King Family Foundation Child Development Center will close at 3:30 p.m.
  • Parents of children at the Campus Child Development Center are asked to pick up their children as soon as possible.
  • The Quilters the Musical performance scheduled for February 20 has been canceled.
  • Music ensemble practices are optional for students.

Non-exempt or hourly employees should mark the time on their timesheets in the “emergency” column. Exempt or salaried employees need not report anything on their leave reports. Please refer to the "Campus Emergency and Campus Closing Policy" in the Employee Handbook for more detailed information on timesheets.
