As a catering service, our main focus is food. Our professional chefs are dedicated to providing high quality meals and desserts.

The quality of your food, however, does not depend upon the chefs alone. You can also rely on our diverse, service-oriented staff. In addition to their day-to-day experience on the job, every member of the catering department receives monthly training on food and beverage services.

No matter what your needs are, from basic coffee services to outdoor events with an unlimited number of guests, our goal is to provide you with quality and innovative catering services.

Catering Options

We cater for a wide range of events, and our menu reflects this range. We have options for box lunches and picnics or even just coffee, but we can also serve full dinners with main courses like Balsamic Grilled Flank Steak or Cranberry Dijon Chicken.

Please feel free to browse our NEW Flavours menu to get ideas for your upcoming event that will meet your specific catering needs. However, our menu is only a starting point; we are committed to creating whatever you need to provide your guests with an unforgettable experience. Pricing information is now integrated in to our catering menu. While the most current edition of the catering menu is found here, feel free to download or print your own copy of the guide for easy access.

Sodexo is the exclusive on-campus provider of food service to the greater Bethel University community. It is mandatory that all campus events use Sodexo for their catering needs. Third-party catering is not allowed unless prior approval has been sought through Sodexo.

Order Online - NEW!

You can now order catering online through our partnership with CaterTrax. Visit the Bethel Catering page, create an account, & it will guide you through all of the necessary steps of gathering the information needed for a successful catering event. We prefer a 7-10 day lead time for events planned with 15-75 guests, 14 days for events with 75 guests or larger.

No less than five business days from the scheduled catered event, please make us aware of any changes (including increases or decreases in the number of guests) or if the event needs to be canceled. Any catered event booked with less than 72 hours or three business days notice may be subject to a $50.00 late fee. 

If you run into any struggles, please feel free to contact the catering team and they will assist you in setting up an order for your event.

 

Sustainability

We are committed to being good stewards of our resources, which is why we offer china service as an option for most catered events. For more casual events, we put forth our best effort to use compostable and recyclable paper and plastic products. Read more about our sustainability efforts.
