Faculty Compensation Plan

The faculty compensation project at Bethel is intended to produce equitable outcomes, encourage excellence, and reflect appreciation for the work done by all full-time faculty members.

The goal of the project is to build a new compensation system that will:

  • Reward and appreciate faculty through predictable, incremental salary increases,
  • Enable Bethel to reach and maintain the targeted salary benchmarks
  • Retain high-quality faculty at Bethel
