An Adobe Connect training session is required for all first time Adobe Connect users. Email ed-tech@bethel.edu to schedule your session.
For course related uses the link to the Adobe Connect meeting room will be placed in your Moodle course site. The URL will also be emailed to you with confirmation of your reservation. For those using Adobe Connect for a non-course related meeting, you will need to provide your meeting participants with the URL yourself. If you have any questions please contact ed-tech@bethel.edu.
Bethel University's Adobe Connect options:
The Bethel Connect Collaboration room is a web-conferencing option for groups of five or less who do not need to make an advance reservation. Use is on a first come basis and reservations are not accepted, although advanced registration for the room is required. It is great for impromptu group work or meetings (as long as participants are pre-registered). Another valuable use is in courses that have required Adobe Connect sessions. The Bethel Connect Collaboration room can be made available to students so that they can familiarize themselves with the technology in advance.
