All Bethel undergrad students are required to have health insurance. This can be through a family plan, an individual plan, or a plan that Bethel provides through a student health insurance provider.
Learn more about Bethel’s health insurance policy and plan and why we make it a priority that our students have access to health care.
Annual Proof of Insurance
All students who are covered by a family or individual health insurance plan must complete an online waiver by the 10th day of class each year to avoid being charged the yearly insurance premium.
Students can complete the online waiver through Blink (Banner icon > Student tab > Student Health > Insurance Waiver Form).
To ensure all students have insurance, students who have not completed the waiver by the 10th day of classes are automatically enrolled each year in the plan Bethel offers through a student health insurance provider. This insurance premium is billed to the student's account and is non-refundable.
