Bethel University's central campus is located in Arden Hills, Minnesota, on 231 wooded acres beside a 60-acre spring fed lake. With 6,000 students enrolled in nearly 100 graduate and undergraduate programs, Bethel is a dynamic, thorough-going evangelical institution with a high view of the authority and trustworthiness of God's Word. The institution is sponsored by the churches of the Baptist General Conference.

Bethel’s College of Arts & Sciences ranks high in U.S. News & World Report’s “America’s Best Colleges” and has high retention with 74% of students graduating within five years.  Bethel Seminary is the ninth largest seminary in America and the leader in distance theological education. The seminary also has a campus in San Diego and several locations on the East Coast.  Bethel University includes an innovative College of Adult & Professional Studies and Graduate School, which are quickly growing to meet the needs of working adults in the Twin Cities metropolitan area as well as greater Minnesota.

In recent years, Bethel has risen to regional and national prominence, during which time the school has transitioned from Bethel College & Seminary to Bethel University, added innovative and unique program delivery systems, enhanced and grown graduate programs, rapidly developed the St. Paul campus, and increased academic quality across the university.
