Diplomas

How soon after I have graduated will I get my diploma?

• If you recently graduated, your diploma will take approximately two to three months to reach you. We order the diplomas from an outside vendor who mails the diplomas to us, and then we in turn mail them out to you.

• If you graduated several months ago and have not received your diploma, you may have a hold on your account. Please contact our office to see if this is the case.

How do I get a duplicate diploma?

Please fill out the Diploma Re-Order Form and mail or fax it to the Office of the Registrar. Duplicate diplomas cost $15 (cash or check only).
