Just how do you go back to school when you are already tending to a home and career? Colleen found finishing her degree wasn't easy, but it was convenient. Before long she had done it — earned her B.A.
On the career front she's found that opportunities for advancement go to those who are academically prepared. So she returned to Bethel to work on her M.A. in Organizational Leadership. Today, she serves in regional operations for a large, multinational company.
