Sue
M.A. in Organizational Leadership
Sue ran a one-person machine shop that provided precision parts for a leading medical device company. Life was good. Then, her customer hired Sue to lead a department of people who would make the parts. That meant lots of changes: moving from the country to the city, managing a 30-person shop — starting a new life adventure.
And, as if that wasn't enough, they encouraged her to earn a master's.
