The thought of returning to school was intimidating, but at Bethel Sue soon found that some retooling was happening in her life. She gained confidence in her communication and presentation skills. She learned that leadership starts with service to others, and she found it's possible to let go and trust employees.
Sue says, “At Bethel I got more than I bargained for. I gained a better understanding of my priorities in life — my spiritual walk improved.”
Today, her team builds the inner workings for pacemakers and defibrillators. Their motto? “Build it today like you'll wear it tomorrow.” True in medical devices and academics.
