Troy
Electrical Engineering
He saw the sign posted in a dorm: “Bible Study Tuesday Night”. That's the thing that cinched Troy's decision to attend Bethel. Using his trademark logic, Troy figured he could get a good academic experience elsewhere, but he wanted more — he wanted a place where he could grow in his faith. Speaking of growing, today he is president of a rapidly growing product design company that employs a good number of Bethel grads. Favorite Bethel story? When a professor called him in and told Troy he expected more of him — that he needed to always be at his best because we work for Christ. A most cogent lesson from a faculty member who could have let it slide, but cared too much to do it. That's taking the next step.
