“As I began to fully appreciate the weight of my calling, and as my commitment to youth ministry deepened, so did my realization that I needed further education. I found myself wanting to know more. I knew I had skills, but I also had deficiencies. I thought if I’m going to do this right, I have to get some leadership training.” Todd had completed his undergraduate work at Bethel and returned to attend SemPM, Bethel Seminary’s evening program for those in ministry.
