Today, he works with an organization that helps youth ministers organize mission trips for youth groups. Last year the organization of 45 full time employees served roughly 1,000 churches and 32,000 participants. Is seminary applicable? Todd says, “There's never been a time on those Monday nights at Bethel when I didn't leave with something I could apply. Hey, this is an easy sell for me — I believe in Bethel Seminary.”
