I am motivated by the people I work with and by turning problems into possibilities. Each day I enjoy the challenge of thinking of new and better ways to serve the University with those on our team.

I have a few favorite sayings that I like to use.

• Don't do anything that I wouldn't do.
• Nothing is ever as good or as bad as it seems.
