Abstract: This article describes how to add a Flash movie into a Silva Document.

1. Place your cursor in the Silva Document at the place where you want the Flash to be located.  In the External Source tool, choose the Flash movie.

Choosing the Flash movie

2. Configure the Flash object parameters.  These parameters control how the flash will display and function on the page.  Specify the Size if you wish to override the default size of the movie.  Id, Class, and CSS Style can be used to precisely position and markup the Flash movie on the page.  The other parameters control how the movie functions.  You can mouse over the title of each parameter to get a short description of it, and further details, refer to this Adobe KB Article.  When you are finished, click add external source.
NOTE: The flash file may have more parameters than what appear in this graphic.  These extra parameters are used to further control / configure the particular Flash movie.
