Bethel is once again fielding a talented team of problem-solvers for the annual COMAP competition. Each year Bethel competes against teams from hundreds of colleges and universities around the world to see which team can come up with the best solution to an open-ended mathematical problem.
Rules
| They have 96 hours from Thursday the 14th at 7 p.m. until Monday the 18th at 7 p.m. CST. | |
| They work on their own without any outside help. | |
| They will not know what the problem is until they begin on Thursday. |

This Mathematical Contest in Modeling is organized by the Consortium for Mathematics and Its Applications (COMAP) and sponsored by the National Security Agency (NSA), the Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences (INFORMS), the Mathematical Association of America (MAA), and the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM).
