Bethel University's Strategic Plan for becoming the Christ-centered university of choice for this century includes a number of initiatives recommended by trustees, faculty, staff, and administrators. This 5-year plan provides a framework to guide university priorities in preparation for Bethel's 150th anniversary in 2021.
Through the campus planning project, we will create a long-term plan for future facility needs that is true to our identity and meets strategic priorities.
Strategic Initiatives 1 and 2 of Bethel’s Strategic Plan are to improve pathways, partnerships, and structures at the university. To achieve this goal, a group of faculty and administrators are working to create marketplace-focused centers for partnerships with healthcare and business.
Strategic Initiative 4 of our Strategic Plan builds on the considerable strengths in adult, graduate, and seminary programs in order to better serve the post-traditional market and grow enrollment.
Repositioning College of Adult & Professional Studies, Graduate School, and Bethel Seminary
Aligned with Strategic Initiatives 1 and 2 is the repositioning of student-facing offices and academic services for our College of Adult & Professional Studies, Graduate School, and Bethel Seminary to increase efficiencies and remove barriers for students.
