Strategic Plan

Bethel University 2021: Rooted. Engaged. Thriving.

Becoming the Christ-centered university of choice for this century.

Bethel University's Strategic Plan propels Bethel toward achieving a new vision of becoming the Christ-centered university of choice for this century. The plan is comprised of 5 strategic goals and 15 initiatives that were recommended by a group of 16 trustees, faculty, and administrators to the Board of Trustees in February 2015. The plan provides a framework to guide university leaders as our community prepares to celebrate Bethel's 150th anniversary in 2021.

Find up-to-date information on the plan’s progression below, and read more about the goals and initiatives, vision, and an overview of strategic planning at Bethel on this project page.
