Parents & Families

We're committed to assisting your son or daughter with the career planning process. Our career specialists are here to help students learn about themselves and the world of work, better understand vocation and calling, and develop life-long career decision-making skills.

How to Support Your Student

You can help your student by becoming familiar with our services and encouraging your student to take advantage of what we have to offer. We've put together some resources just for parents to help you learn about the career development process and how to support your student along the way.

Get Involved as an Employer or Professional

Want to get involved and share your time and talents with the Bethel community? There are two main ways you can help Bethel students in their career development:

  • Hire a Bethel student or graduate for a job or internship.
  • Offer to have a student shadow you at your job.
  • Volunteer your time and professional talents with the Office of Career Development and Calling.
